Return Policy

Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Returns must be in new, unworn condition with all original certificates and accessories.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Custom and Engraved Items: Customized and engraved items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Time Frame: Items can be exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with all original certificates and accessories.

Process: To exchange an item, please bring it to our store along with the original receipt. If the new item is more expensive, the customer will pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Exceptions

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or repair.

Special Orders: Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
